For instance, we stock vinyl for walls, windows, apparel, carpet, tile, concrete…almost anything). A WIDE variety of materials can be printed. With our equipment, we can produce:

- Product labels (for boxes, wine/beer bottles, etc.)

- Removable wall decals
- Floor decals (for carpet, tile, vinyl, and concrete)
- Window clings

- and more!
Equipment:
We operate a Roland True Vis VG-540 printer/cutter, and a Seal 54 EL cold laminator
Our Roland True Vis VG-540 and Seal 54 EL Cold Laminator
Ink and Vinyl Colors:
While we can buy rolls of vinyl in dozens of colors and cut it out and stick it onto different mediums for signage, that doesn’t take advantage of this system. Most of our vinyl is white, and it can be printed in full color. We can print full color, photo-quality images using CMYKLcLmLk inks. The light versions of the CMK colors allow for better gradients and a broader color spectrum than standard CMYK color mode. We do stock regular sign vinyl in four colors (white, red, black, royal).
Artwork: For most products, we require vector art for creating vinyl designs. -File types: Corel Draw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), .svg, .eps, and in some cases, .pdf files. Please DO NOT use Photoshop and save it as an EPS file…it is not the same as a vector art .eps file made with vector art software. -Some prints do not need to be vector, like photographs. In this case, we want the highest resolution file you have and at the size you want it printed. A 3” x 3” 72 dpi image taken from social media and blown up to poster size is not going to look good. If you don’t have professional graphic design software, you can use our online designer, or have us create something for you. We can also convert raster images to vector art for a fee.

Print Locations, Size, and Use:
The possibilities are endless! We can print for indoor and outdoor use: windows, walls, floors, and doors. Giant photographs, stickers, labels, shirts, displays, advertisements, sponsorships. We can print material up to 54” wide and over 100’ long. If you can think of an idea, there is probably a material out there that can be used to accomplish your goal.
Drying:
Our inks use an evaporative process to dry; they do not need to reach a specific temperature like garment inks. There are built in heaters in the printer to dry the inks to the touch. Some items may need additional air-dry time before being used or laminated.
Garment Care:
For apparel, wait at least 24 hours before washing. Proper care is necessary to achieve a normal garment and print life. For all garments, we recommend cold-water washing inside out and hang drying. You may tumble dry on fluff (no heat). Never iron over the decoration. Following these steps will help you achieve the maximum amount of life for your garment. Remember, no garment or print is designed to last forever.
